Shipping Policies

Most items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Embroidered items usually get shipped within 3-4 days.

Hand painted items take 1-2 weeks tp paint dry and ship.

Items shipped to unknown or incorrect addresses will be billed a fee set by the postal service usually about $10.00

Over weight items will have an additional fee noted at checkout.

Please include a gift message at no extra fee

Gift wrap on certain items is available at @3.50

Once orders are placed tracking will be provided.

Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 7 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

We are sorry customized items are not returnable.  Ofcourse, any item done incorrectly or damaged is our responsiblity.  Receipts must accompany the return request.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
